Our specialty dark rum is currently mellowing in used wine casks. Made using the same traditional techniques as our white rum, our dark rum has a bit more body, which is created using deeper cuts on the still and a touch of backset. The wine casks finish the spirit by providing sweetness and complexity. If you enjoy our white rum, you’re going to love our dark rum. Trust us. It’s Delicious. Make sure to reserve a bottle early. Our rum is made in small batches and supply is limited.
