Rum

ACK Mojito (by American Seasons, Nantucket)

Bully Boy White Rum
Beach Plum Syrup
Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon Wedge
Basil and Mint Leaves
Shake and top with soda over ice


The Big Stick (compliments of Island Creek Oyster Bar)

2 ¼ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
¾ oz. Raw Sugar Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
3 drops absinthe
Pour over ice, drain into a chilled lowball glass
Garnish with a long lime twist


Bully Boy Daiquiri (from Jim Garrels at Pi Pizzeria on Nantucket)

2½ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
Splash Luxardo Marachino Liquer
Splash Cherry Heering
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Grapefruit Juice
½ teaspoon Sugar
Shaken, Served Straight Up


Drink Local

1 oz Bully Boy White Rum
.5 oz sweet vermouth
.25 aperol
Dash each angostura and orange bitters
Stir, serve down, zest orange, garnish with peel


The Hail Mary

1½ oz. Bully Boy White Rum
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp. simple syrup
Champagne or sparkling wine
Combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice
Strain into a chilled white wine glass
Top off with champagne


High Tea (Compliments of Brasserie 28, Andover, MA)

Bully Boy White Rum
Orange cognac liqueur
Rooibos tea syrup
Fresh mint
Orange slice
Lemon juice


Issac's Punch

1.5 oz. Bully Boy White Rum
4 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime Juice


Knock Knock (Dune, Nantucket)

Orange Dulce infused with Bully Boy White Rum
Mix with orange simple syrup and lime


Light and Stormy

2oz. Bully Boy White Rum
8 oz. Ginger Beer
1 Slice lime


Sally’s Iced Tea

2 oz. Bully Boy White Rum
4 oz. Home Brewed Iced Tea
4 oz. Lemonade
Garnish with Fresh Mint


Toast & Jam (by Kevin Martin, Eastern Standard)

1 oz Bully Boy White Rum
1 oz room temperature Strawberry/Rhubarb Jam
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur
1 dash Peychauds Bitters
Place ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and shake until properly diluted. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with 2 ounces of cava


Vodka

Cucumber Gimlet (by Jonathan Mendez at Trade)

2 oz. Bully Boy Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
Splash of soda


Cranberry Bog Martini (by American Seasons, Nantucket)

Bully Boy Organic Vodka
Nantucket Conservation Cranberry Puree
Lemon Juice
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Splash of Chocolate Liquor
Shake and serve in a chilled glass


The Kickoff

2 oz. Bully Boy vodka
3 oz. Narragansett Lager beer
4 oz. tomato juice
Salt to taste
Mix ingredients in a highball glass with ice
Garnish with 1 pickle


Rhubarb Cobbler (mixed at L’Esxpalier)

Bully Boy Organic Vodka
Rhubarb Syrup
Rose Garnish


The West Chopper

2 oz. Bully Boy Organic Vodka
7 oz. Lemonade
Splash Pomegranate Juice
Shake and serve over Ice


Whiskey

The Bitter End (by The Biltmore Bar and Grill, Newton Upper Falls)

2 ¼ oz. Bully Boy White Whiskey
¼ oz. Asperol
¼ oz. Le Combier Orange
Dash of Orange Bitters
Splash of Lemon Juice
Touch of Lime Juice and Agave Nectar


Blanche (Cook & Brown, Providence)

2 oz bully boy white whiskey
1/2 oz dolin blanc
1/2 oz barenjager
2 dashes lemon bitters
Stir strain up in a coupe with a zest of lemon


The Bull & The Buck (Cook & Brown, Providence)

2 oz bully boy white whiskey
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/4 oz becherovka
1 bar spoon talisker
2 dashes angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients then pour over rocks in a collins glass
Top with ginger ale


Bully Boy Smash (served at Top of the Hub)


2 oz. Bully Boy White Whiskey
8 Mint leaves
Lemon wedge
1 TBSP Cane Sugar
Lemon Juice
Lemon-Lime Soda
(Muddle mint leaves, lemon wedge and cane sugar. Fill with ice and top with remaining items.)

2 oz. Bully Boy Organic White Whiskey
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Grapefruit Juice
Fresh Mint


Bully Boy Julep (L'andana)

Canton ginger liqueur

Give a good stir and float Angostura bitters on top

1 oz. Bully Boy White Whiskey
½ oz. Benedictine Liqueur
½ oz. orgeat syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 dash Peychauds Bitters
1 pinch of salt
2 bar spoons Bonnie’s Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Mint sprig, for garnish


The Halftime Hooch

2 oz. Bully Boy white whiskey
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. sugar
Ginger ale
Angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients, except ginger ale, in a mixing glass with cracked ice
Strain into a highball glass over ice
Top with ginger ale and stir again
Finish with 3 splashes of Angostura bitters


High on the Horse

2 oz. Bully Boy Organic White Whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
2 oz. orange juice
Shake and serve on the rocks
Top with a splash of bitters

2 parts Bully Boy Organic White Whiskey
1 part Cocchi Americano
Regan’s Orange Bitters
Stir over ice and serve down with an orange peel

8 oz. Tonic
4-6 crashed mint leaves
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1 slice of lime
