Building on Tradition

Amaro Rosso is our take on the red bitter, a tradition that 's over a century old. It is made using a blend of botanicals, from traditional bitter roots and spices to exotic herbs like Damiana from Mexico and Bessobella from Ethiopia. It's rounded out by a burst of bitter orange and lemon. Amaro Rosso represents the perfect balance of complex bitterness and sweetness. It works beautifully on the rocks or in traditional red bitter cocktails like the Negroni, the Boulevardier, and the spritz. Here are a few of our favorite Rosso cocktails:

BOULIVARDIER

1oz Bourbon

1oz Amaro Rosso

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

.5oz Bully Boy Amaro

Stir with ice. Strain into a coup

SPUMONI

1.5oz Amaro Rosso

.75oz gresh grapefruit juice

.75oz fresh lemon juice

4oz tonic

Build in a Collins glass. Add ice. Stir

BOULIVARDIER

1oz Bourbon

1oz Amaro Rosso

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

.5oz Bully Boy Amaro

Stir with ice. Strain into a coup

GARIBALDI

1.5oz Amaro Rosso

4oz fresh orange juice

2oz soda water

Build in a Collins glass. Add ice. Stir

CEDRIC STREET SOUR

1.5oz Tequila Blanco

1.5oz Amaro Rosso

.75oz fresh lime juice

.5oz simple syrup

Shake with ice. Strain into a coup or over ice
