Our Process
We work on two stills, a 150 gallon Kothe still we use for our gins, and a 750 gallon Christian Carl still we use for everything else. While the volume has changed since the days of a five gallon stove top still, the philosophy has not. We still obsess over every drop that comes off the still, meticulously smelling it, tasting it, and making sure nothing goes into the bottle that doesn’t live up to our standards. Since 2017, we’ve been growing and milling our own corn for use in distilling our first ever bourbon. We’re closer than ever now to releasing it, and can’t wait for you to try
